Contact: your name, email, subject and message, used to respond to your enquiry on the basis of legitimate interests in handling correspondence. If your enquiry concerns entering a contract, pre-contractual steps may apply.
Community: your name, email, optional country and a record of your explicit consent, including the wording, version and time. We use consent to send F8 FILMS emails about films, premieres and collaborator experiences. Joining is optional; it does not create an account or require payment. We do not ask about beliefs, health, sexuality or other sensitive information.
You may withdraw consent here without logging in. Future campaigns must include a working unsubscribe link and a valid reply address. Contact messages do not subscribe you to marketing.
During local review, submissions are stored only in the local preview database; no emails are sent. The planned public website will use Netlify Forms for private submission handling. Authorised F8 FILMS administrators will have access. Data will not be published or sold, or provided to collaborators for independent marketing.
Before launch we will confirm processor terms, any international transfer safeguards, the official privacy contact, and specific retention periods. A minimal suppression record may be retained to respect requests not to receive marketing.
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Use Contact and select a privacy-related subject. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
This version uses no analytics, advertising cookies or third-party fonts. External video players load only when you choose to load a trailer; the provider may then process your IP address and device information and use its own storage.
